Googling the deblog

Per Maxine's suggestion some time ago, I've now added a better Google search box to the right sidebar, via Widgetbox. I wasn't able to do this in the dark days prior to December 7th, when I still lived in a dial-up, OS 9 world. But many a door has now opened for me. It would be nice if I were able to successfully install the even cooler Google search box that allows you to see results in your own page. Marjolein Hoekstra has written a page of directions here but I haven't succeeded in implementing them. If I tried harder perhaps I'd be able to (I think the problem still has to do with the head-individual template, as I mentioned in the comments here), but I'm reasonably happy with the Google search as it now stands. Nonetheless, if you have problems with it, let me know.

This search box isn't perfect, by the way, but it's picking up far more than the other one I had installed did. Why should this be? I don't know.
